Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill.
Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine St. Germaine elderflower liqueur, Beefeater gin, and fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with ice.
Add Club Soda
Top off with club soda and gently stir to combine.
