Boneless Wings Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Chicken

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

2

Coat the Wings

Dip each boneless chicken wing into the egg mixture, then dredge it in the flour mixture until fully coated. Place the coated wings on a baking sheet.

3

Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

4

Fry the Wings

Carefully add the coated wings to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.

5

Toss with Sauce

In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the buffalo sauce until well coated.

6

Serve

Serve the boneless wings hot with a side of blue cheese dressing for dipping.
