Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Beefeater gin, Galliano vanilla, cold brew Earl Grey, lemon juice, demerara syrup, and egg white.
Dry Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for about 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Wet Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. Optionally, garnish with a lemon twist or a dusting of nutmeg.
