Preparation

1

Prep the Ingredients

Chop the red onion, tomatoes, scallions, and cilantro. Drain and rinse the black beans and black olives.

2

Layer the Nachos

On a large baking sheet, spread an even layer of corn tortilla chips. Sprinkle half of the jack cheese over the chips.

3

Add the Toppings

Evenly distribute the chopped red onion, roasted corn, tomatoes, black beans, pickled jalapenos, black olives, and scallions over the cheese-covered chips.

4

Add More Cheese

Top the nachos with the remaining jack cheese.

5

Bake the Nachos

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the nachos for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6

Serve and Garnish

Remove from the oven and drizzle with lime crema, jalapeno white queso sauce, and dollops of sour cream. Serve with salsa verde on the side.
