Fish

Method

Preparation

1

Clean the Fish

Rinse the blue fusilier fish under cold water to remove any impurities. Pat dry with paper towels.

2

Season the Fish

Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the fish, ensuring it is well-coated on both sides.

Marinade

3

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, chili flakes, and sesame oil. Mix well until combined.

4

Marinate the Fish

Place the seasoned fish in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the fish is well-coated. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

5

Cook the Fish

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

6

Prepare for Serving

Once cooked, remove the fish from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Garnishing

7

Garnish

Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the fish and serve with lime wedges on the side for added flavor.
