Method

Preparation of Ingredients

1

Prepare the Apple

Core and thinly slice the apple into wedges. Set aside.

2

Chop Trinity Herbs

Finely chop the celery, onion, and bell pepper. Combine them in a bowl and set aside.

3

Prepare Thai Basil Aioli

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped Thai basil leaves, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Cooking the Salmon

4

Season the Salmon

Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.

5

Cook the Salmon

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil, and once hot, add the salmon fillets. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and easily flaked with a fork.

Assembly

6

Plate the Dish

On a serving plate, place a salmon fillet. Top with a generous spoonful of the Trinity herbs mixture, followed by the apple wedges. Drizzle with the Thai basil aioli.

7

Garnish

Garnish the dish with additional Thai basil leaves if desired.
