Cheesecake Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides.

2

Prepare the Cheesecake Batter

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth using an electric mixer. Add in the heavy cream and mix until well combined.

3

Add Eggs and Flavorings

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, orange zest, and flour, mixing until smooth and creamy.

4

Pour and Bake

Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, until the top is dark golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.

5

Cool and Refrigerate

Once baked, turn off the oven and crack the door open. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the oven for about 1 hour. Then, transfer it to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
