Preparing the Ingredients

1

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

2

Grill the Chicken

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill on medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Allow to rest for a few minutes, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

3

Prepare the Vegetables

Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber into thin rounds, and cube the avocado. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.

Making the Dressing

4

Combine Dressing Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Assembling the Salad

5

Toss the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, bacon, chicken, and eggs.

6

Add Dressing

Drizzle the Cobb dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, ensuring all ingredients are evenly coated.
