Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground prime beef trimmings with salt and black pepper. Mix gently to combine, being careful not to overwork the meat. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape into patties.

2

Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until they reach your desired doneness.

3

Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, place the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster to lightly toast them for added flavor.

4

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a cooked patty. Top with slices of tomato, lettuce leaves, pickles, and onion. Finish with the top half of the bun.

5

Serve

Serve the burgers immediately with your favorite side dishes.
