Method

Preparation

1

Blend the Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, and heavy cream. Use an electric mixer or blender to blend until smooth and creamy.

2

Add Flavorings

Add the chocolate syrup, strawberry puree, mint extract, and food coloring (if using) to the blended mixture. Blend again until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture has a uniform color.

Serving

3

Prepare Serving Glasses

Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes to ensure the Brain Freeze stays cold longer.

4

Assemble the Dessert

Pour the blended mixture into the chilled glasses, filling them about three-quarters full. Top each serving with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

5

Add Toppings

Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top of the whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves to taste.
