Potato Frites

Method

Salmon

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

2

Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3

Cook the Salmon

Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill or in a baking dish. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.

4

Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

5

Season the Frites

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

6

Bake the Frites

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
