Preparation

1

Prepare the Watermelon

Dice the watermelon into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside in a bowl.

2

Prepare the Glass

Take a glass and rub the rim with a lime wedge. Dip the rim into a plate with Tajin chili salt to coat it evenly.

Mixing

3

Combine Ingredients

In a shaker, combine the diced watermelon and Ghost Tequila. Muddle gently to release the watermelon juice.

4

Shake

Add ice to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Serve

5

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Make sure no watermelon pieces pass through the strainer.

6

Garnish

Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge for an extra touch of flavor.
