Preparation

1

Prepare the Concord Grapes

Rinse the Concord grapes thoroughly under cold water. Remove any stems and place them in a blender.

2

Make Lavender Infusion

In a small saucepan, combine 2 cups of filtered water and 1 tablespoon of dried lavender. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain out the lavender and set the infused water aside to cool.

3

Combine Ingredients

Add the rinsed Concord grapes, 1 cup of pomegranate seeds, and the cooled lavender infusion to the blender. Blend until smooth.

Mixing and Adjusting

4

Sweeten the Mixture

Add 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the blended mixture. Blend again until well combined.

5

Adjust Consistency

If the mixture is too thick, add a little more filtered water to achieve your desired consistency. Blend to combine.

Serving

6

Chill and Serve

Pour the final mixture into a serving pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill. Serve over ice and enjoy!
