Cooking the Frittata

2

Whisk the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3

Sauté the Mushrooms

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until they become tender and golden.

4

Combine Ingredients

Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed mushrooms in the skillet. Stir gently to combine.

5

Add Tomato and Cheese

Evenly distribute the diced tomato over the top of the egg mixture. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

6

Cook the Frittata

Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.

7

Broil for Finish

Preheat your oven's broiler. Move the skillet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

8

Serve

Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
