Preparation
Mixing the Base
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Tanqueray 10, akvavit, and St-Germain. Shake well until chilled.
Adding Sherbet
In a chilled glass, add a scoop of lime sherbet. Pour the mixed liquor over the sherbet.
Finishing Touches
Add 3 dashes of Scarborough bitters on top of the drink. Garnish with a lime wedge.
