Method
Burger Preparation
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the slices of smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
Form the Patties
In a bowl, form the ground beef into two equal patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Toast the Buns
While the patties are cooking, split the brioche buns and toast them in the skillet until golden brown.
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each bun, spread a layer of special sauce. Add lettuce, the cooked patty with melted cheese, bacon, tomato slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
Fries Preparation
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
Fry the Potatoes
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the potato strips in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Season the Fries
Sprinkle with salt to taste while still hot.
