Preparation
Prepare the Greens
In a large salad bowl, add the mixed salad greens. Set aside.
Prepare the Vegetables
Chop the roasted red peppers and slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Add them to the bowl with the salad greens.
Prepare the Meats and Cheeses
Slice the ham, provolone, salami, and pepperoni into bite-sized pieces. Add all the meats and cheeses to the bowl.
Add the Olives and Giardiniera
Add the olives and giardiniera to the salad bowl, mixing gently to combine all the ingredients.
Dressing
Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients with the dressing.

Serve
Serve the antipasto salad immediately, garnished with additional olives or roasted red peppers if desired.
