Tomato Cucumber Pepper Salad

Method

Steak Tenderloin Tips Preparation

1

Season the Tips

In a bowl, combine the beef tenderloin tips, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the tips are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2

Cook the Tips

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated tenderloin tips and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.

Garlic French Fries Preparation

3

Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips to form fries. Rinse them in cold water to remove excess starch and pat them dry with a paper towel.

4

Cook the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the potato strips with olive oil, minced garlic, and salt in a large bowl. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

5

Garnish the Fries

Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and toss gently.

Tomato Cucumber Pepper Salad Preparation

6

Chop the Vegetables

Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

7

Dress the Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Pour this dressing over the chopped vegetables and toss to combine.

8

Serve the Salad

Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
