Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Start by chilling your cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Hendrix Gin, Limoncello, Pomegranate Juice, and Sour Mix. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Serving
Strain and Top
Remove the ice water from your cocktail glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass. Top it off with Prosecco to give it a refreshing fizz.
Garnish and Serve
Add pomegranate seeds and a lemon slice on top for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy your Gintello!
