Method

Preparation

1

Cook Boba Pearls

In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the boba pearls and cook according to the package instructions, usually for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft and chewy. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

2

Prepare Lychee

If using fresh lychee, peel and pit the lychee. If using canned lychee, drain the syrup and rinse under cold water.

Mixing

3

Mix the Ingredients

In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Something's Up bourbon, 1 oz of Season's Montenegro, 1 oz of rum, and 2 oz of water. Shake well until chilled.

4

Add Coconut Soda

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, then slowly pour in 4 oz of coconut soda without stirring to maintain the fizz.

Serving

5

Assemble the Drink

Add the cooked boba pearls to the bottom of the glass. Gently place the prepared lychee pieces on top of the boba.

6

Garnish and Serve

Optionally, garnish with a slice of lychee on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately with a straw, allowing the drinker to enjoy the boba.
