Preparation
Prepare the Fruits
Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems, and cut them in half. Peel and chop the mango into small chunks.
Make the Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup. Heat over medium heat until the syrup is dissolved, then remove from heat and let it cool.
Blending
Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, add the prepared strawberries, mango chunks, 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, and the cooled syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Freezing
Freeze the Mixture
Pour the blended mixture into a shallow dish and spread it evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until solid.
