Method

Steak Preparation

1

Season the Steak

Rub the flat iron steaks with olive oil, then season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

2

Cook the Steak

Preheat a grill or skillet over high heat. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

Gremolata Preparation

3

Mix Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine chopped parsley, minced garlic, and lemon zest. Mix well and set aside.

Truffle Fries Preparation

4

Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the russet potatoes into fries and soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

5

Bake the Fries

Drain and dry the potatoes. Toss them in a large bowl with truffle oil and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp.

6

Finish the Fries

Remove the fries from the oven and toss with chopped parsley before serving.

Garlic Aioli Preparation

7

Make the Aioli

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Adjust seasoning if needed.
