Preparation
Gather all the ingredients: mezcal, Aperol, genepy, fresh lime juice, and a lime wheel for garnish.
Juice a fresh lime to yield 0.75 oz of lime juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp or seeds.
Mixing
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz of mezcal, 1 oz of Aperol, 0.5 oz of genepy, and 0.75 oz of fresh lime juice.
Shake
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wheel placed on the rim of the glass.
