Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

Peel and cut sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let them cool.

Fry the Sweet Potatoes

In a deep pan, heat oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the boiled sweet potatoes and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Chaat

In a serving platter, layer the fried sweet potatoes. Top with cool yoghurt, pomegranate seeds, diced beetroot, sliced radish, and grated carrot.

Season and Serve

Sprinkle chaat masala and salt to taste over the assembled chaat. Serve immediately for the best texture.
