Pork Preparation

Method

Pork Preparation

1

Marinate the Pork

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, fresh rosemary, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.

2

Add the Pork

Place the pork tenderloin into the bowl with the marinade. Ensure the pork is well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Cooking the Pork

3

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

4

Sear the Pork

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat a bit of olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated pork tenderloin. Sear on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

5

Roast the Pork

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 65°C (145°F).

6

Rest the Pork

Once cooked, remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
