Preparation

1

Prepare the Shrimp

Thaw the shrimp if frozen and peel them, removing the shells and tails. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

2

Mince the Garlic

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

3

Chop the Parsley

Finely chop the fresh parsley leaves.

Cooking

4

Marinate the Shrimp

In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss well to coat the shrimp evenly. Allow it to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

5

Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.

6

Cook the Shrimp

Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.

7

Garnish and Serve

Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley over the shrimp. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges if desired.
