Blue Cheese Dip

Method

Chicken Wings Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

3

Bake the Chicken Wings

Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

4

Toss in Hot Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in a bowl with hot sauce until evenly coated.

Blue Cheese Dip Preparation

5

Mix the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. You can leave some chunks of blue cheese for texture.

6

Chill the Dip

Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
