Pork Chops

Method

Cooking Instructions

1

Marinate the Pork Chops

In a bowl, whisk together the barrel-aged Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary. Place the pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 to 4 hours for best flavor.

2

Preheat the Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or heat a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.

3

Cook the Pork Chops

Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Grill or pan-sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

4

Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps retain the juices. Serve warm.
