Method
Prepare Ice Cream
Scoop Ice Cream
Using a scoop, place 2 cups of Dutch milk ice cream into a large mixing bowl.
Mix in Malt Flavoring
Add Malt Powder
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of malt powder over the ice cream. Gently fold the malt powder into the ice cream until fully incorporated.
Serve
Prepare Serving Glasses
Take your serving glasses or bowls and add the malt-flavored ice cream mixture.
Top with Whipped Cream
Generously dollop 1 cup of whipped cream on top of the ice cream in each glass.
Final Touch
Optionally, you can sprinkle a little extra malt powder on top of the whipped cream for garnish.
