Method

1

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.

2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the flatbread on the sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

3

Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the flatbread. Scatter the sliced mushrooms on top and season with sea salt and chili flakes.

4

Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5

Remove the flatbread from the oven. Tear burrata into chunks or place small balls on top, then drizzle with the truffle oil. Return to the oven for 1–2 minutes to soften the burrata.

6

Remove from oven. Top with fresh arugula, a light drizzle of olive oil if desired, and sprinkle with extra chili flakes and a touch of sea salt to finish.

7

Slice into pieces and serve immediately while warm.
