Preparation
Prepare Strawberry Purée
In a blender, combine fresh strawberries with a little sugar (to taste) and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.
Chill the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice water and set aside to chill while you prepare the drink.
Mixing
Combine Ingredients
In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Hennessy, 1 oz of Triple Sec, 1 oz of Sour Mix, and 2 oz of Strawberry Purée.
Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly mix and chill the ingredients.
Garnishing
Add Garnish
Garnish with fresh strawberries and a few mint leaves on top for a refreshing finish.
