Make the Vanilla Cream
In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar. Whip until soft peaks form.
Prepare the Coffee
Brew a cup of espresso using your preferred method.
Mix the Spirits
In a heatproof glass, combine the brewed espresso, St-Rémy brandy, Cointreau, and Galliano.
Top with Cream
Spoon the house-made vanilla cream over the coffee mixture.
Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top for garnish and serve immediately.
