Preparation

1

Prepare the Seafood

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add lobster tails, shrimp, prawns, and fish fillets. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Prepare the Vegetables

Chop bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

3

Prepare the Fries

Cook frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy.

Grilling

4

Grill the Seafood

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated seafood on the grill. Grill lobster tails for about 6-8 minutes, shrimp and prawns for about 3-4 minutes, and fish fillets for about 4-5 minutes or until fully cooked.

5

Grill the Vegetables

Place the chopped vegetables on the grill alongside the seafood. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

6

Serve the Parrillada Mariscos

On a large platter, arrange the grilled seafood, grilled vegetables, and crispy fries. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
