Method

Kofte (Ground Meat Balls)

1

Prepare the Meat Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, ground beef, and ground lamb.

2

Add Vegetables and Spices

Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture.

3

Mix Thoroughly

Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Form into small balls or patties.

4

Cook the Kofte

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Sirloin Shishlik

5

Marinate the Sirloin

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the cubed sirloin steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

6

Prepare the Skewers

Thread the marinated sirloin, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.

7

Grill the Shishlik

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the meat is cooked to your liking.

Passion Fruit Cooler

8

Mix the Cooler

In a pitcher, combine the passion fruit pulp, sparkling water, and honey (or sugar). Stir gently to mix.

9

Serve the Cooler

Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled.
