Prepare the Caprese Skewers

In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine.

Assemble the Skewers

Using skewers, thread the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil leaves alternately. Arrange them on a serving platter.

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Serve hot.
