Three Mustard Sauce
Method
Preparation of Salmon
Preheat the Broiler
Preheat your oven's broiler on high for about 10 minutes.
Prepare the Salmon Fillets
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then rub each piece with olive oil. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Broil the Salmon
Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil. Broil on high for about 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Preparation of Three Mustard Sauce
Combine the Mustards
In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, and yellow mustard.
Season the Sauce
Taste the sauce and season with salt and black pepper to your liking. Adjust the honey or lemon juice for sweetness or acidity if desired.
Serving
Plate the Dish
Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a minute. Serve the salmon fillets on plates and drizzle the three mustard sauce generously over each piece.
Garnish and Enjoy
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve with your choice of sides. Enjoy your broiled salmon with three mustard sauce!
