Preparation of Salmon

1

Preheat the Broiler

Prepare the Salmon Fillets

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then rub each piece with olive oil. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

3

Broil the Salmon

Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil. Broil on high for about 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparation of Three Mustard Sauce

4

Combine the Mustards

In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, and yellow mustard.

5

Add Honey and Lemon Juice

Add the honey and lemon juice to the mustard mixture and stir until well combined.

6

Season the Sauce

Taste the sauce and season with salt and black pepper to your liking. Adjust the honey or lemon juice for sweetness or acidity if desired.

7

Plate the Dish

8

Garnish and Enjoy

Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve with your choice of sides. Enjoy your broiled salmon with three mustard sauce!
