Preparation

1

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Prepare Brussels Sprouts

Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Rinse them under cold water and then pat them dry.

Making the Glaze

3

Mix Glaze Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Roasting

4

Coat Brussels Sprouts

In a large mixing bowl, add the Brussels sprouts and pour the honey mustard glaze over them. Toss to coat the sprouts evenly.

5

Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6

Roast

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through the cooking time.

7

Serve

Once roasted, remove from the oven and serve warm as a side dish.
