Method

Preparing Salmon

1

Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.

3

Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.

Preparing Seasonal Vegetables

4

Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

5

Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.

6

Grill the Vegetables

After grilling the salmon, add the seasoned vegetables to the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Making Lemon Butter Sauce

7

Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 stick of butter.

8

Add Garlic

Once the butter is melted, add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

9

Finish the Sauce

Stir in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
