Pasta

Method

Pasta Preparation

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Vegetable Preparation

2

Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Dice the bell peppers, slice the zucchini, halve the cherry tomatoes, julienne the carrots, and cut the broccoli into florets.

Sauce Preparation

3

Make the Garlic Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

4

Add Vegetables

Add the diced bell peppers, sliced zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes, julienned carrots, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

5

Season the Vegetables

Stir in the red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional minute to combine the flavors.

Combine and Serve

6

Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together to combine. Add chopped fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese, tossing again until evenly distributed.

7

Serve

Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil, if desired.
