Mixing the Ingredients
In a large wine glass, add the fresh mint leaves and lime wedges. Gently muddle them together to release the mint oils and lime juice.
Add the Liquids
Pour in the elderflower liqueur followed by the Prosecco. Stir gently to combine.
Finish with Soda
Top off the drink with soda water and add ice cubes to your preference.
Garnish
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
