Add Garlic and Seasonings
Stir in the minced garlic, cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
Combine with Crawfish and Broth
Add the crawfish tails, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, bay leaves, and bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finish the Dish
Remove the bay leaves and stir in the chopped green onions. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve
Serve the crawfish étouffée over a bed of cooked white rice.
