Cocktail Preparation

1

Chill the Glass

Begin by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the cocktail.

2

Prepare the Mixing Glass

In a mixing glass, add the ice cubes. This will help chill the ingredients as you mix.

3

Add the Spirits

Pour in 2 oz of gin, followed by 1 oz of truffle-infused Italian bitter aperitif, and finally add 1 oz of sweet vermouth into the mixing glass over the ice.

4

Stir the Mixture

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds. This will chill the ingredients and dilute them slightly for a smoother taste.

5

Prepare to Serve

Empty the ice water from your chilled cocktail glass. Strain the mixed cocktail into the glass using a strainer to keep the ice out.

6

Add the Finishing Touches

Add 2 drops of truffle oil to the cocktail for an extra aroma and flavor. Gently stir to combine.

7

Garnish

Garnish the cocktail with a strip of orange peel and a teaspoon of fresh truffle shavings placed carefully on top of the drink.

8

Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy the exquisite flavors of your Truffle Temptation.
