Method

Prepare Bloody Mary Mix

Mix the Ingredients

In a pitcher, combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, habanero sauce, and olive brine. Stir well to combine.

Add Garnishes

Add celery stalks and pickle spears to the mixture for added flavor. Set aside.

Infuse Vodka

Infuse the Vodka

Place the habanero peppers into the vodka bottle and let it infuse for 24 hours. Remove peppers before use.

Cook Wings

Prepare Wings

Toss boneless chicken wings in habanero wing sauce and inferno wing sauce. Bake or fry according to your preference until cooked through and crispy.

Prepare Jalapeno Popper

Stuff Jalapenos

Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds. Fill each half with cream cheese and top with bacon bits.

Coat and Bake

Coat the stuffed jalapenos with crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

Assemble the Drink

Mix the Cocktail

In a glass, pour 2 oz of habanero-infused vodka and top with the Bloody Mary mix. Stir gently.

Garnish

Skewer the jalapeno bottle caps and place them on top of the drink. Add the cooked habanero and inferno wings, jalapeno popper, and pepperjack cheese curds as garnish.
