Preparation

1

Chill the Glass

Start by chilling a cocktail or martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of Jim Beam Bourbon, 1 oz of Nixta Elote Liqueur, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

3

Stir the Mixture

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.

4

Strain into Glass

Remove the ice water from your chilled glass. Using a strainer, pour the stirred cocktail mixture into the glass.

5

Garnish

Garnish your Cornhusker Manhattan with a piece of maraschino cherry and a twist of orange peel on top. Serve immediately.
