Cocktail Preparation
Shake the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Plantation 3 Star Rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, allspice dram, fresh ginger, orgeat syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or over ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a few mint leaves on top.
