Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Method

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

1

Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

2

Make the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt until you have a smooth batter.

3

Coat the Cauliflower

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Allow excess batter to drip off before placing on a lined baking sheet.

4

Bake the Cauliflower

Bake the coated cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.

5

Add Buffalo Sauce

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in a bowl with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

6

Return to Oven

Place the sauced cauliflower back onto the baking sheet and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until hot and crispy.

7

Prepare Serving

While the cauliflower is baking, wash and cut the celery sticks into manageable sizes for dipping. Prepare blue cheese dressing on the side.

8

Serve

Once the cauliflower wings are crispy and hot, remove from the oven and serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
