Method

Bourbon Infusion

1

Infuse the Bourbon

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the black tea. Steep for about 5 minutes, then strain the tea into a bowl, discarding the tea leaves. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, combine the tea and bourbon in a large jar or bottle and let it infuse for at least 24 hours, preferably up to 48 hours for a stronger flavor.

Cocktail Mix

2

Prepare the Cocktail

In a large cocktail shaker, combine 1 cup of fresh mango puree, 1 tsp of finely chopped smoked jalapeño, and 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Add 1 cup of simple syrup and 2 cups of the infused bourbon. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

3

Serve the Cocktail

Strain the cocktail mixture into a large pitcher filled with ice. Top with 2 cups of club soda and gently stir to combine.

Garnish

4

Garnish the Drinks

Pour the Mangolina Jolie into glasses and garnish each with a slice of lemon and a few fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
