Cooking Instructions

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2

Sauté Spinach

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

3

Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.

4

Combine Ingredients

Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed spinach in the skillet. Stir gently to combine everything evenly.

5

Bake the Frittata

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.

6

Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
