Method

Buffalo Wings Directions

1

Prepare the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

2

Fry the Wings

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

3

Make the Sauce

In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined.

4

Coat the Wings

Place the fried wings in a large bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over them. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.

5

Serve

Serve the buffalo wings hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
