Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Salmon

Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and black pepper.

2

Make the Lemon Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Remove from heat and set aside.

Grilling

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

4

Oil the Grill Grates

Using a paper towel dipped in olive oil, carefully oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

5

Grill the Salmon

Place the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4–5 minutes, then carefully flip the fillets and grill for an additional 4–5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

6

Serve

Remove the salmon from the grill and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over each fillet. Garnish with additional parsley if desired and serve hot.
